Real Estate Marketing Design Package

This is a real estate marketing design project created as part of a design test, including a “Just Listed” postcard and a checklist flyer for realtors.

The goal was to create materials that feel professional, easy to read, and visually attention-grabbing at first glance. I focused on readability, hierarchy, and layout to make sure important information could be understood quickly while still feeling polished and engaging.

The project was built using provided brand assets and imagery to create a cohesive set of promotional materials across both designs.
