I’m Alexis Canitz — a Milwaukee-area native now based in Madison, WI, with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Digital Media Production from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. I’ve always believed that art is about connection, and my passion lies in storytelling that makes people feel — whether it’s a quiet moment between characters or a bold scene full of movement and emotion.

My work blends narrative, whimsy, and heart, and I’ve had the joy of showcasing it in several art shows. When I’m not drawing or designing, you’ll probably find me being a goofball with friends, going for a walk, or staying active in any way I can. I love being around people — and that energy spills into every project I touch.
